Paper receiving mechanism
● The corrugated belt is used to receive the paper to prevent the cardboard from slipping. An elastic polyurethane sun wheel is installed on it to help prevent the cardboard from tilting. During the transmission process, there is a circular oscillating belt through a square shaft stepless speed vibration belt, so that the excess paper edge falls to the waste paper conveying flat belt, and the excess paper scraps on the cardboard that have not been shaken are assisted by a strong fan and a brush to sweep them to the output flat belt after the cardboard passes.
● The height of the paper pressing wheel is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of 2-8mm. It is linked with the stacking part, variable frequency speed regulation, and the paper feeding speed is 240m/min. The surface of the conveyor belt is wrinkled to ensure the smooth passage of the platform cardboard during the input process. The waste cleaning vibration shaft has four shaking points to accelerate the shaking frequency and improve the shaking effect. The shaking belt adopts a cylindrical high-elastic belt with good elasticity and does not damage the cardboard. The belt shaft adopts a linear optical axis and is equipped with countless nylon belt grooves, which is convenient for increasing or decreasing the number of belts according to the actual cardboard size, ensuring the smooth passage of special-shaped cartons and not causing damage to the cardboard.
